Saint Germain Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Saint Germain
  • Tonic Water
  • 1 Lemon Peel for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a Libbey glass with ice. Set aside. Fill a cocktail shaker up with ice. Pour in the gin and Saint Germain. Stir until you fingers feel very cold against the sides of the shaker. Strain into your Libbey glass. Pour the tonic water up to the top. Rub a lemon peel around the rim of the glass, and then drop it into the cocktail. Cheers!
